Calm Authority Landing Page Privacy Notice

    Last updated: 26 June 2026

    Who we are

Calm Authority is operated by Studio Baggio Ltd (United Kingdom).

    Email: info@calmauthority.ai

    Company No. 16805728

This notice applies to the Calm Authority marketing website, including the waitlist, firm enquiry form, and on-page demo, and to the business contacts we process for lead intelligence (see "Business contacts and lead intelligence" below).

    What we collect

We store only what we need to manage the waitlist, respond to firm enquiries, and protect the demo from abuse.

    Your email address

    • When you join the individual waitlist, we store your email so we can send your access invite and reminders (including the 48-hour claim window).
    • When you submit a firm enquiry, we store your email so we can follow up.
    • If you enter your email to unlock an additional demo generation, we store your email to manage demo access limits. We do not automatically send you waitlist emails unless you separately join the waitlist.

    A simple signup label

We may store whether your email came from the individual waitlist, the firm enquiry form, or the demo email gate, so we handle it appropriately.

    Demo usage limits (anti-abuse)

To prevent the on-page demo being abused as a free content generator, we store limited usage information such as:

    • a random anonymous demo identifier (generated in your browser)
    • the number of demo generations used and the time of the most recent generation

This data is used only to enforce demo limits and protect the service.

    Demo inputs

If you use the demo and paste example posts, we use that text only to generate the demo output you requested.

We do not store the pasted text in our database.

Please do not paste sensitive or confidential information into the demo.

    How we use your email

We use your email address only to:

    • send waitlist updates and access invites (only if you join the waitlist)
    • notify you about your 48-hour invite window (individual waitlist)
    • respond to firm enquiries you requested
    • enforce demo access limits where you choose to unlock an additional demo generation

We do not sell your email address or share it with advertisers.

    Emails and opt-out

You can opt out at any time by emailing info@calmauthority.ai.

If you opt out, you may miss your access invite.

    Retention

We keep waitlist and firm enquiry emails only for as long as we need to manage access and follow up, or until you ask us to delete them. We review enquiry records and delete or anonymise those showing no contact after 24 months.

We keep demo usage-limit records only for as long as needed to prevent abuse and protect the service.

Business-to-business lead records are reviewed and deleted or anonymised after 24 months of no engagement. Website analytics data is kept for up to 13 months.

    Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the data we store and restrict access to authorised team members only.

    Third parties

To run the website and provide the demo, we may use service providers (for example hosting, database, email delivery, and AI processing). They process data on our instructions.

    Cookies and analytics

We use limited cookies and similar browser storage. Some are essential for the site to function. We also use privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel Analytics) and a first-party measurement tag that records the pages viewed, referrer, approximate location and device type using a random identifier stored in your browser. This information is sent to our own analytics system to help us understand site usage and is not used to identify you personally. We do not use advertising cookies.

    Lawful basis

Under UK GDPR, our lawful bases for processing are:

    • Consent — when you join the waitlist, submit a firm enquiry, or enter your email to unlock a demo generation.
    • Legitimate interests — for site security, demo anti-abuse, analytics, and business-to-business lead intelligence (see below).
    • Contract — where you become a paying customer, to provide the service.
    • Legal obligation — to keep records the law requires.

    Business contacts and lead intelligence

We identify and prioritise financial-advice firms and professionals who may be interested in Calm Authority. To do this we collect business and professional information, such as name, job title, firm, publicly available professional profile details, and public activity such as comments on our posts (gathered through official platform APIs). We may add publicly available firm context and generate a relevance score and short note to help us decide who to contact. We do not collect special-category data.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running relevant business-to-business outreach. A person, not a machine, decides whether to contact you, and the scoring has no legal or similarly significant effect on you.

You can object to this processing at any time, and ask to be removed, by emailing info@calmauthority.ai. If you object, we will stop.

    Your rights

You can request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you can object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interests, by emailing info@calmauthority.ai.

If you are in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
