What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to the Calm Authority marketing website and on-page demo.
Using the demo
The demo is provided to preview how Calm Authority works. Outputs may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you use or publish it.
Do not paste sensitive or confidential information into the demo.
We may limit demo usage (for example, the number of drafts you can generate) to protect the service.
Email for demo access
If you choose to enter an email address to unlock an additional demo generation, we use it for demo access control. This does not automatically sign you up to receive waitlist emails unless you separately join the waitlist.
Waitlist and firm enquiries
- Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by a specific date.
- Individual invites may be sent in batches and may include a 48-hour claim window.
- If you submit a firm enquiry, we will follow up using the email address you provided.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the service, or scrape content.
Intellectual property
The Calm Authority name, branding, and website content are owned by Studio Baggio Ltd (or its licensors). You may not reuse them without written permission.
Liability
The website and demo are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Baggio Ltd is not liable for losses arising from demo outputs or your publishing decisions.
